We visited on National Cheeseburger Day, and got a free cheeseburger with purchase of large drink.

Good food but we were there during a rush so the lobby service was very slow. We have been there several times and not had this issue though.

I totally looove going here!! Go see my man Zeth!! He's got excellent customer service, always thorough, does his job to the max, and makes sure we leave full and happy. Been going there to see him for years, and he always makes our day. Please give him a raise!! He deserves the highest paid amount!! We appreciate you Zeth!!! Keep shinin, like the star you are!!!!

Just ate here for the first time since moving to falcon , gotta say the burgers were delicious and fresh and the the and at the drive thru was very friendly. No More mcdonalds for this guy

I went to Carl's Jr on Thursday night and it's usually super busy but this time my order through the drive through went very smoothly. I was very surprised by the way the cashier had show her up most respect when she cashed me out as well as took my order. I'd defiantly would go back. Carl's Jr has stepped it's game up in the customer service.

Abigail and her staff are friendly, helpful, and cater to custom requests. I love that i can get any sandwich I want, or switch something completely upside down--like using tater tots instead of biscuits for biscuits and gravy. Reign enjoys the plain big cheeseburger.

I was surprised when i tried the sliders. They were fresh and good. Last time before that, the food was extremely stale. Buns we dry and hard, food sucked. Sliders are good though....and of course the no longer have the sliders.

It was good, my first time there. Good service, wasnt too busy so I got my food fairly quickly.

I stop here a lot on my lunch breaks at work, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always quick and friendly, even when I had to correct an order mistake. As far as fast food goes, they're one of my favorite burger joints in the area

UPDATE: The food here is always delicious And never had a messed up order yet. The staff use to have a lack of care but I’ve noticed a change in staff to customer communication in a positive way and the time it takes to prepare a order has decreased. I am very impressed with the turn around here.

I am very pleased with everyone, management and also the employees. Thank you! I know times are hard with everything going on and everyone seems to be working hard. Fast friendly service. Good hot food.

Compared to most restaurants in the area, this is a breakfast that is great for the money, fast, nicely cooked and delicious. Biscuit and gravy, potatoes and scrambled eggs for $6. The coffee isn't bad although they don't offer the flavored coffees. I'd give it five stars if the other times I've been here it was better. The drive through is really slow, even when they're not busy. The grease tastes old when I've ordered zucchini or fries. I've had the turkey burger and the low carb burger, both quite good, just it took forever to get them. I highly recommend this restaurant for a breakfast option which puts it in great standing, considering this area has few who serve breakfast and even fewer that are of good value. ⭐

I am now forever thankful that Carl's Jr offers the Beyond Meat 100% plant based burger. Finally I can have some fast food again and keep my vegan lifestyle. I honestly couldn't tell the difference other than a little pinkness to the pattie which is normal. I ate the entire thing and felt satisfied knowing no animals were harmed in the making of this meal. Thank you Carl's Jr, you now have a dedicated customer again.

Food was good but order was not what we ordered and they assumed my 17 y.o. son wanted a Jr. Burger.

Always good burgers and fries. But they don't know a cheese burger comes with cheese. Asked for a plain cheese burger and got a plain burger.

I love this location! The ladies are the sweetest and my food ALWAYS comes out quickly and exactly how I like it. Would always eat here over the McDonald's in town.
